Geared toward professionals involved in airport concessions the “Certificate in Concession Management” provides the foundation for managing retail, food & beverage, duty free as well as parking, ground transportation and rental cars services at airports.

During this 6-hour online course, participants will learn to:

  • Plan and manage food & beverage, retail and duty free concessions
  • Plan and manage parking, ground transportation and other services 
The certificate introduces participants to the development of goals and strategies, the importance of airport layout, benchmarking, forecasting revenues, negotiating contracts, managing finances and establishing a monitoring system.
